Sonesta Essential Houston Westchase Hotel

fairly friendly staff and everything great. the hotel was a superb base for enjoying a good area, just off many restaurants and grocery stores, food places, houston. the breakfast they offered was warm.

Facility was fairly clean and brand-new. Even though the whole experience was fairly nice, the bed in our room was too soft. Place had good food.

The hotel had outstanding staff and location. Comfortable bedroom. It was airy, had scenic canal views. Great city venue set in the rural area.

Staff were fabulously helpful, hotel was spotlessly clean, set in very nice area close enough to restaurants and food places and evrything. Tasty, savoury breakfasts with cheese and the good tasting coffee. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Westchase district.

Well-appointed room that was immaculate too. Everything was awesome as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was a little old. Fantastic stay in a hip new hotel.

The hotel staff was poor.

The bed is very comfy and the location is favourable. The wonderfully helpful staff with great attitude to guests.

The room was air conditioned, the food was OUTSTANDING and the staff were extraordinarily polite. We loved alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar. The hotel has impressive location so close to downtown. Reasonably clean property, excellent service.

The views were very very bad.

I loved exceptional staff and rooms. The area was secure, a brilliant base for me. Late check-out too. The stay was absolutely fine!

We recommend this hotel. Very good location; helpful staff.

It deserves its 3 stars. Room was great value. Westchase district certainly deserves to be visited;)))
